National Chrysanthemum Society AGM 2026

The National Chrysanthemum Society AGM 2026 will be held on March 21st at Wilnecote Parish Hall, Watling Street, Tamworth. B77 5AD

Doors open at 9 and the meeting will begin at 10 am and is open to all paid up NCS members. 

Tea and coffee etc will be available throughout the day.

If you need to pay your membership for 2026, the Membership Manager will be in attendance and will be happy to take your subscription.

There will also be a selection of books and leaflets available to purchase - also from the Membership Manager.

Anyone requiring an e-data pack before the meeting should contact Geoff Allen - details below. The pack will be available in early March

Lunch will be served after the meeting - anyone requiring a dinner should let Geoff Allen know  by the 16th  March at the latest.  email  This email address is being protected from spambots. Lunch will consist of pie, new potatoes, peas and gravy, and will cost £10 per head - there will also be a selection of cakes etc for afters.

We will be holding a plant fair during the event, so anyone with spare plants, please bring them along, and anyone needing plants, come and see what's available. Funds raised on the day will benefit the NCS. There will also be a raffle.

After Lunch there will be a talk by Andy Wickham to finish off the event.

Midland Group AGM

The Midland Group AGM will be held at Wilnecote Parish Hall, Watling Street, Tamworth. B77 5AD on Saturday March 7th.

The meeting will begin at 10 am and is open to all NCS members and members of Affiliated Societies.

As usual, there will be two speakers after the meeting, and this year we welcome Kevin Hubery and Roger Frith. 

A dinner of pie, potatoes and peas will be available but you MUST book in advance - please give us at least one week.

The pie dinner will cost £10 per head - you can pay on the day. A selection of desserts will also be available as well as tea and coffee.

National Show Venues and dates

The 2026 National Show Venues & Dates

Early Show is on 5th & 6th September

Late Show is on 30th & 31st October

Both shows to be held at The Staffordshire County Showground

 

We can now confirm these 2026 show dates for our Regional Groups:

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be hosted by the National Chrysanthemum Society at 11.00am on Saturday March 21st 2026, at the Wilnecote Parish Hall, Watling Street, Tamworth, B77 5AD. The AGM will begin at 11.00am and only members paid up for 2026 will be admitted. The hall will be open from 10am with tea & coffee available and the famous Midland Group Pie & new potatoes lunch will be offered at a cost of £10 per person.
